Tell us what's wrong.
We'll write back.
We usually reply within two business days. Include your device, whether you're a host or a guest, and a screenshot if you have one — it usually saves a round trip.
If you were invited to something
-
Your invitation lives at the link in your text message — there's no way to look it up by name or number here, because we deliberately don't require guests to have an account. Search your Messages app for the host's name, or ask them to resend it. Hosts can resend to one guest without re-sending to everyone.
-
Try opening it in Safari or Chrome rather than inside another app's built-in browser. If it still won't load, email us the link and we'll check it.
-
No. Invitations open in any browser and you can RSVP right there. No download, no account, no password.
-
Open the same link again and update it. Your host sees the change immediately.
If you're hosting
-
Failed generations refund automatically. If your balance still looks wrong after a minute, email us with the approximate time and we'll correct it.
-
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If that doesn't do it, send us the receipt from Apple or Google and we'll add the credits by hand.
-
Edit the invitation and everyone's existing link shows the update. No new design credit is used for a text change.
-
Messages go out from your phone through your own carrier, so delivery follows normal texting rules. Check the thread in Messages, then resend from that guest's row.
